Netcore facts come from its plans and pricing page and Shopify listing, checked November 2026.

What does Netcore cost compared with WhatFlow?

WhatFlow prices one thing: messages. Free covers 100 a month with every feature. Starter is $4.99 for 2,000, Plus $9.99 for 5,000, Growth $29 for 20,000, Scale $49.99 for 40,000 and Ultimate $99 for 75,000. Same features on all of them, no seat fees. It's billed every 30 days through Shopify. See WhatFlow pricing.

Netcore's pricing page lists two plans, Growth and Enterprise, both as custom quotes based on monthly tracked users (pricing via sales, not published as of November 2026). AI agents, predictive intelligence and advanced analytics are separate capability packs. Netcore also says 30% of its platform fee is tied to your business KPIs, which tells you it's built for a negotiated enterprise relationship.

For budgeting, that's a big difference. Say you're a home goods brand planning Black Friday and expect 35,000 WhatsApp messages in November. On WhatFlow you switch to Scale ($49.99 for 40,000) for the month and switch back after. Nothing to renegotiate. With an MTU-based contract, your number depends on the user count and term you agreed in advance. Our page on seasonal WhatsApp costs vs a fixed contract goes deeper.

Meta's charges apply on top with any provider: per delivered template message, by category and country. Since October 1, 2026, service replies are free only for the first 1,000 per business number each month, and utility templates sent inside the service window are charged. Check Meta's pricing docs.

Which runs Shopify WhatsApp workflows better?

WhatFlow, because the automation runs in Shopify Flow. WhatsApp replies and incoming messages are Flow triggers. Template, text and media messages are Flow actions. Your ops team builds rules next to the tags and fulfilment logic they already maintain.

The COD workflow most stores start with:

WhatFlow cash-on-delivery rules with a Shopify checkout preview
The demo COD rules screen previews how the selected shipping rate affects the COD payment option at checkout.
  1. Order placed with cash on delivery.
  2. Flow sends a WhatFlow template with Confirm and Cancel buttons.
  3. Customer taps Confirm: Flow tags the order for dispatch.
  4. Customer taps Cancel: Flow cancels it before it ships.

That one message can save a courier trip. For the full setup, read WhatsApp COD confirmation with Shopify Flow.

Netcore's Shopify app connects your store to its platform. The listing describes 9+ channels (email, SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, app and web notifications), a customer data platform, predictive recommendations and AI-assisted content. That's a marketing stack. Shopify Flow isn't among the apps it lists under works with, and COD confirmation isn't described on its listing or pricing page.

Is WhatFlow enterprise-ready?

Yes. Here's what a large Shopify support or ops team gets:

  • Official Meta Cloud API, with Meta-approved templates and a business profile eligible for Meta verification.
  • Team inbox with assignment, filters and saved replies.
  • No seat fees at any size. Add 50 agents for peak season and the seat cost stays at zero.
  • Native Shopify Flow for automation at volume.
  • Catalog sharing and Shopify admin extensions.

If your team grows, the growing team vs seat upgrades comparison shows why the no-seat-fee model matters. The WhatFlow inbox page has the details.

When Netcore might still make sense

Choose Netcore if you're consolidating email, SMS, push, RCS and WhatsApp marketing into one enterprise platform with a CDP, predictive recommendations and AI content, and you want that on a negotiated contract. That's a marketing consolidation decision. WhatFlow has no built-in AI bot (you can connect Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor through WhatFlow's MCP connector for drafts a person approves), and it doesn't try to be your email platform.

The bottom line

If WhatsApp's job at your Shopify brand is orders, recovery and support, WhatFlow does it better: official Meta Cloud API, native Shopify Flow, no seat fees and published pricing that starts free. Install it, connect your number with Embedded Signup, and send your first confirmation without a sales cycle.
