Save common answers in a shared response library and insert them into a draft with a slash shortcut.

What's new

  • Admins manage response titles, shortcuts and message text.
  • Type a slash in the composer to search by title, shortcut or message.
  • Use the keyboard to select a response and edit it before sending.
  • Keep the surrounding draft text when inserting an answer at the cursor.
