What's new
- Switch the composer between Reply and Private note.
- Attach a reference to an existing message; saved notes show their author and time.
- Add notes even after the customer reply window closes or the WhatsApp number disconnects.
- Keep separate reply and note drafts; private notes never send a customer message.
