What's new
- Owners create agent usernames and initial passwords without requiring an email address.
- Agents replace their initial password before accessing the live Inbox.
- Claim an unassigned chat or release your own; owners can reassign chats to another teammate.
- Disabling an agent revokes their access and releases their conversations for the team.
