Team Inbox: First-Time Agent Password Setup Fixed
New agents now see clear password setup instructions and enter the Inbox automatically after replacing their initial password.

What's new
- Show a dedicated password setup screen instead of a failed-settings message.
- Wait to load conversations and connect live updates until setup is complete.
- Open the Inbox after the new password is saved.
- Explain expired sessions and failed settings requests more clearly.
