Fix: No Cart Reminders After the Customer Has Ordered
Abandoned checkout follow-ups now stop automatically when the customer completes an order, so nobody gets a reminder for a cart they already bought.
Applies to: WhatFlow Business API, the official Meta Cloud API app
What's new
- Follow-ups are skipped if an order exists for the same cart.
- Follow-ups are also skipped if the customer placed a later order.
- Scheduled follow-ups are cancelled as soon as the order comes in.
