Fix: WhatsApp Signup Saving and Meta Payment Reminders
WhatsApp signup now saves your connection reliably and lets you restart a setup that failed. Meta payment method reminders are clearer.

What's new
- Fixed signup sometimes not saving the connected number.
- A failed WhatsApp setup can be restarted from the Connections page.
- The Meta payment reminder now says when a payment method is already added.
