Voice messages show accurate playback progress, support seeking and offer retry or download when a recording cannot play.

- Keep play, pause and progress indicators in sync with actual playback.
- Seek within supported voice messages and change playback speed.
- Reset the player when switching recordings and handle interrupted playback.
- Retry or download a recording after playback fails, with more reliable loading of long audio.
