Review Requests: Hourly Delays and Fulfillment Fallback
WhatsApp review requests can now wait a set number of hours, and can fall back to the fulfillment date when a delivery date isn't available.
Applies to: WhatFlow Business API, the official Meta Cloud API app
What's new
- Set review request delays in hours as well as days.
- Optional fallback: if a carrier never confirms delivery, the request is timed from fulfillment instead.
- Auto-reply buttons can now be added and removed the same way as in the template editor.
