AI Connections: Connect AI Assistants to WhatsApp with MCP
Connect MCP-compatible AI assistants, including ChatGPT, to your store's WhatsApp to read conversations and send messages. Connect with a short code.
Applies to: WhatFlow Business API, the official Meta Cloud API app
What's new
- A new AI Connections page lists every connected AI app.
- Connect using a short code, with setup steps for each app.
- See when each connection was last used, and reconnecting replaces the old connection.
- Template sends still follow your store's blocklist and opt-out rules.
Why it matters
Your team can work with WhatsApp from the AI tools they already use.
