If your linked WhatsApp session drops, automations now pause instead of failing. Orders whose message may not have arrived are tagged in Shopify.

What's new
- Automations pause while your WhatsApp session is disconnected and resume when you reconnect.
- Abandoned cart messages are skipped while the store needs to sign in to Shopify again.
- Orders are tagged when a WhatsApp message failed or its delivery is uncertain, so your team can follow up.
Why it matters
You can see which orders need a follow-up, and messages aren't sent while your connection is down.
