- WhatsApp actions on order pages share one layout with a message preview.
- Preview a saved message before sending, and see a warning before bulk sends.
- Preview a broadcast as a real customer will see it.
- Broadcasts are paced per store to protect your WhatsApp account.
- Long confirmation messages are sent as text first, followed by a short poll.
